The lyrics to this song is really meaningful.
In summary, it just says that you should change yourself before you can actually change the world.

Before you actually judge someone and make any negative comments about them, you should really try putting yourself into their shoes about why they are doing it and think whether you've ever done it before.
You, yourself.
We are all humans. Humans who had made mistake, humans who are still making mistakes, humans who are always making mistakes.
If we are not learning from our own mistakes at all, we are practically not living.
