
Some people might try all their life to be happy.
But can we control our emotions?
Can we control whether we want to be happy or not?
I wondered about that alot, and yes, I think we can.
Although the obstacles in life would be the downs of your life, everyone probably have a part of that in their life anyway. Just keep telling yourself that thr's someone out thr in the whole wide world worse off than you, and so you should learn to appreciate what you have in your life now.
Is that sadistic? I don't know, but it might really make you feel that you ought to cherish every second of your life and just live it happily.
To make yourself happy, try watching comedies. It might really make you laugh.
Your friends, your families, they cheer you up all right. Try sharing your problems with them. Open up your heart a little, give them a chance to care. You may feel better and they might even be able to help solve your problems :)
And if things are worse enough alrdy, it can't get any worse. So it'll probably get better.
